Missão
The Commercial Performance Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Citrosuco’s commercial strategic plan to drive revenue growth and market competitiveness. This role involves setting the pricing strategy, optimizing pricing models, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The manager will also consolidate commercial performance data, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and finance, will be crucial to ensuring cohesive implementation and ongoing refinement of commercial initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Responsabilidade do cargo
Lead the development and execution of the company's commercial strategic plan, aligning with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
Define and implement a dynamic pricing strategy that maximizes revenue, maintains competitive positioning, and reflects market conditions.
Consolidate commercial performance data from various sources, including sales, marketing, and finance, to create a comprehensive view of the business.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide detailed analysis on sales trends, pricing impact, and market performance.
Support the development of the company's long-term strategic plans through robust commercial performance analysis.
Work closely with sales, finance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategy and business initiatives.
Oversee the performance of the team, provide mentorship, and ensure the professional development of each team member.
Foster a collaborative team environment, driving performance excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Prepare high-quality materials, presentations, and reports for senior leadership, highlighting key performance insights, strategic recommendations, and pricing updates.
